Watch this, can the Church be an agent of change that tells the sleeper to wake up and rebel with love? Or are we just too compromised to do anything anymore?
A very thought envoking film. Should be shown at Canns Festival, and TV. I see and hear more of this view by the day. Disturbing how much alike they are, though no one knows each other, so there must be truth to it. We sleep, they destroy.
What gets me is Christians who sleep while "they" (who happen to be, too often, "us") destroy.
Christian theology is premised upon the idea that God doesn't sleep in the face of destruction - yet we seem to be want God to sleep so we can ignore the cries of those who are being violated.
